Any quote requested through the Site is preliminary and non-binding. A binding commitment to provide or receive transportation services arises only when expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, signed by an authorized representative of Ceba Logistics, and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing interstate motor carriers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ceba Logistics LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for use of the Site, if any, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. The following provisions survive any termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Third-Party Services & Links, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for the resolution of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Site. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights or obligations under federal regulations governing interstate motor carrier operations, including those administered by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
